Get in contact by emailing email@example.com. I offer a free phone consultation – about 15 minutes – where we can discuss your concerns. If our initial phone consultation indicates that we might be a good match – meaning I feel I can be helpful to you – and you feel positive about meeting me – we will then schedule a first session.
In the first session we will take more time to
- explore the issues that bring you to therapy
- discuss how we might work together
- answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process and my approach
- discuss how many sessions you might want to consider
If after this meeting either of us feel that we cannot work together we will help you to connect with another therapist who has experience in the issues you bring to therapy.
